I, Sudha Pandey, the Manager of Communication Services Centre, Delhi, would like to bring to your notice that we had placed an order with your company for the following deliverables, some of which have been found to be defective on receipt:

1. Eight laptop tables

2. Ten keyboards

3. Three reams of paper

4. One carton of printer ink set

Two out of the eight laptop tables had wobbly legs when we received them and two reams of paper contain discoloured sheets. All the items were unsealed and checked in front of your employee, who shall also provide a confirmation of the nature of the supplies received.

I, on behalf of my company, would request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and replace the defective items as soon as possible. We shall not pay for the delivery charges this time, however. We also hope there shall be no such discrepancies this time.
