You are riding in a car. The driver suddenly applies the brakes and you are pushed forward. Who pushed you forward?
According to Law of Inertia: ‘if a body is in rest or motion, the body tend to maintain its position ‘.
Here the body is in motion, when the sudden break is applied the body will continue to be in motion. So our upper body does not stop, it will keep in forward direction. Hence we are pushed forward even when no one pushed you but because of law of inertia.
