I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. A very happy birthday grandpa!! I hope you have a great day, full of wishes from others. I am so happy to be your granddaughter.

You have given me invaluable lessons. Do you remember grandpa, once we were walking and a boy kicked a puppy? You scolded him badly. You taught me that if you pick on a weaker person or animal, it’s not a sign of strength but cowardice.

There was another time when my older sister was crying over a pastry. You soothed her saying crying won’t give you a pastry but rather she can learn to bake! It became her favourite hobby.

You are an inspiration! I am so proud to have you. Many many happy returns of the day!
