Why has tertiary sector become important?
Answer :
Tertiary sector is very important to India because as when a country is developing, many of the services were not available to the people earlier and now the government takes the responsibility to make provision of these basic services, private sectoral so provide these services, their services are health, water, sanitation, road connectivity, banking system, defence etc and make investment in these sectors, also when income of the people increases, people demand other services like eating out, malls, private school, professional training etc, which boost the growth of this sector. Over the year, the contribution of this sector in the economy is increased significantly which is now at 54%. Also over the year new services like telecommunication, internet becomes an important part of life.
