Answer :

Lewis base are electron rich species. They contain lone pair of electrons which are available for donation for the Lewis acids (electron deficient species) thereby forming Lewis adduct. Eg. NH3, H2O, CH3-, etc.

Due to the presence of lone pair of electrons on N atom which are available for donation, NH3 is an example of Lewis base.
