Who ruled Russia
Tsar Nicholas II ruled Russia in 1914. Russia also included present-day Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, parts of Poland, Ukraine and Belarus. Russian Orthodox Christianity, Catholics, Protestants, Muslims and Buddhists are the religions in Russia.
He managed his empire by taking advice and decisions with the help of his ministers. As he was the individual who didn’t like people to question his authority so took major decisions on his own. With the help of his government and troops, he had managed the empire in Russia.
