Administrative division is a part of a country or a defined region. The main objective of the administrative division is for administration purposes.
Four administrative division of Karnataka:
Bengaluru: It is the capital of Karnataka. It has a population of over ten million, making it a megacity and third most populous city. It is located in southern India, on the Deccan Plateau at an elevation of over 900m above sea level, which is the highest among India’s major cities.
Mysuru: It is a city in the state of Karnataka in India. Mysore is also home to the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk and sandalwood.
Belagavi: It is largest district in Karnataka. The city of Belagavi is the district headquarters in north Karnataka.
Kalaburagi: It is the administrative headquarters of the Gulbarga district and a major city of the north Karnataka region.
