A. We know that when the diode is unbiased,

Diffusion current = drift current = 25μA

B. When the diode is reverse biased, diffusion current = 0

C. When the diode is forward biased at 200mV,

Diffusion current - Drift current = Forward biasing current

Diffusion current – 25 μA = 75 μA

Diffusion current = (75+25) μA

Diffusion current =100 μA
