Gender bias is unequal treatment in a society based on gender, especially against women. This Gender Gap is the most pressing challenge that the world is facing. Women are less likely than a man to participate in the workforce.
Working women are those women who work outside in the organized or unorganized sector. Women getting them engaged in the world of work, not only benefits them but also the society and the country’s economy. There is a number of factors that affect the women from accessing the workforce like discrimination, education, unpaid care work-family balance and marital status.
