# What is the kinetic energy of a body of mass 1 kg moving with a speed of 2 m/s?

Answer :

Mass of the object, m = 1kg

Velocity of the object, v = 2m/s

Kinetic energy = 1/2(mv^{2})

= 1/2 × 1 × 2 = 2J
