To complete one single circle the angle that has to be covered is 2π irrespective of radius. The angular speed will be 2π /T, where T is the time taken to complete one circular motion. Now, here T is same for both the cars hence both the cars will have same angular speed ω = 2π/T. Therefore, ω12 = 1.
