Answer :

1. N.G. Ranga brought attention to the conditions of real minorities of the country. According to him the masses i.e., the poor and downtrodden were the real minorities.

2. N G Ranga pointed out they were mere trustees of the masses who spoke on behalf of them in the Constituent Assembly. He drew attention to the fact that although the assembly represented the masses of our country, yet most of them did not belong to the ordinary group and the real masses were absent.

3. Along with the legal rights granted to each individual by the Constitution, N G Ranga advanced his opinion that such conditions must be created where every individual can exercise these rights and could effectively enjoy the constitutionally enshrined rights.
