Answer the questi

Answer :

Anne Frank, like the others, had a horrific experience while hiding in the Annexe. It was almost like a prison to her as she had to give up all her contact with the outside world. She always felt as if she was under some threat and constantly feared being caught. They were eight people sharing the same quarter in those wintery days of Annexe. They were deprived of all the basic necessities and had to survive on very limited food. Under all these circumstances, Anne was hitting her puberty. She felt adolescent frustrations and was attaining sexuality. She had to stay indoor all the time within the quarter where the occupants were losing patience and were quarrelling. Anne’s father rightly said, “It was clear from the beginning that life in hiding would be far more difficult for the spirited Anne than for us. We were aware of how much she would miss her many friends in school.”
