As we know that the radius of an atom in its ground state is given by the formula where a0 is Bohr’s radius, and Z is atomic number.

Now just putting the values in above formula, we have


a0 = 53pm and also we know the atomic number of lithium is 3.


Hence rpm ≈ 18pm.


Therefore option (c) is correct.
