(a) Education: It upgrades one’s level of thinking and helps in eradicating myths of one’s minds. All steps should be taken to educate the new generation.
(b) Economic equality: This creates a feeling of superiority and inferiority among the masses. Steps need to be taken to fill the gap between the rich and the poor.
(c) Reservation policy: Reservation in jobs, education, etc creates a conflicting attitude among the members of two castes. When people of higher castes having adequate educational qualifications are deprived of facilities they revolt against the lower classes.
(d) Political reforms: Political parties and leaders on the basis of caste should be banned as they play a major role in creating a divide among the different communities.
