Λ°m (H2O) = Λ°m(H+) + Λ°m(OH-)

For calculation purpose, Λ°m(Na+) and Λ°m(Cl-) are added and subtracted.

Λ°m (H2O) = Λ°m(H+) + Λ°m(OH-)+ Λ°m(Na+) - Λ°m(Na+) + Λ°m(Cl-) - Λ°m(Cl-)

Λ°m (H2O) = Λ°m(HCl) + Λ°m(NaOH) - Λ°m(NaCl)

If we know the other values, Λ°m (H2O) can be calculated.
