(ii) Both Pranjol and Rajvir liked detective stories. However, in the train, Pranjol was engrossed in his detective story book.


(iii) Rajvir was looking at the beautiful scenery around.


(iv) The word/ phrase in the passage that means the same as passionate is “ardent”. In the passage, Rajvir is described as an ardent follower of detective stories just like Pranjol.
