Volume of cuboid = ?

Formula Used:

Surface area of cuboid = 2(lb + bh + hl)

Volume of cuboid = l × b × h

Explanation:

The resulting figure is:

Here,

Length of cuboid “l” = 15 cm

Breadth of cuboid “b” = 5 cm

Height of cuboid “h” = 5 cm

Applying the formula of surface area of cuboid, we get,

Surface area of cuboid = 2 (15×5 + 5×5 + 5×15)

= 2(75 + 25 + 75)

= 2(175)

= 350 cm2

Volume of cuboid = L×B×H

= 15 × 5 × 5

= 375 cm3
