The differential equation obtained on eliminating A and B from y = A cos ωt + B sin ωt, is

Answer :

y = A cos ωt + B sin ωt ---(1)

Since we need to eliminate A and B, so we differentiate (1) twice.


Differentiating (1) w.r.t t we get,
