It is given in the question that,
Sides or triangle ABC is:
BC = a = 8 cm
AC = b = 15 cm
AB = c = 17 cm
We know that,
Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides
= a + b + c
= 8 + 15 + 17
= 40 cm

Hence,

Also, Area of triangle ABC = 
60 = 
120 = 17 × Height
Height = 
= 7.06 cm
