We know, **Area of four walls = 2×(l+b)×h**

∴ Area of four walls = 2×(l+b)×h

= 2×(8+5)×3

= 2×13×3

= 78 m^{2}

∴ Cost of white washing the walls at the rate of Rs. 15/m^{2}= 15×78

= Rs. 1170
