Answer :

Equation of line passing through points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is given by

Here (x1,y1) = (4,-5) and (x2,y2) = (-1,-2)

Equation of line passing through (4,-5) and (-1,-2) is given by

(-3)(x-4) = 5(y + 5)

- 3x + 12 = 5y + 25

12 – 25 = 5y + 3x

3x + 5y = - 13

3x + 5y + 13 = 0

Therefore equation of line passing through (4,-5) and (-1,-2) is 3x + 5y + 13 = 0
