Semi perimeter,


Now, using Heron’s formula,






= 4800 m2


Now, we know that, diagonal divides a parallelogram into two triangles of equal areas.


Area of parallelogram ABCD = 2(area of ΔABC)


= 2 × 4800


= 9600 m2
