Solve: (3x + 24) ÷ (2x + 7) = 2:
Answer :
⇒ (3x + 24) ÷ (2x + 7) = 2:
⇒ (3x + 24) = 2 ×(2x + 7)
⇒ (3x + 24) = 4x + 14
⇒ 24 – 14 = 4x – 3x
⇒ 10 = x
∴The value of x is 10
