Answer :

Given: AB and CD are two chords of the circle.

∠APC = 90°

∠ACP = ∠PBD = y (Angles on the same segment)

In ACP,

∠ACP + ∠APC + ∠PAC = 180°

y + 90° + y = 180°

x + y = 90°
