Area of parallelogram ABCD = Base × Height


= DE × AB


= 6 cm × 10 cm = 60 cm2


Also area of parallelogram ABCD = Base × Height


= BF × DC


DC = AB opposite sides of parallelogram


= BF × 10 cm


= 60 cm2


BF = = 6 cm
