∠PTR = ∠STQ = 45o(Vertically opposite angles)
Now,
∠TSQ + ∠PTR + ∠SQT = 180o (Sum of the interior angles of the triangle)
75o + 45o + ∠SQT = 180o
120o + ∠SQT = 180o
