The perimeter of any equilateral triangles is 48 cm. Let us write by calculating its area.

Answer :

Given,


The perimeter of equilateral triangle = 48 cm


But perimeter of equilateral triangle = 3a


Where ‘a’ is side of equilateral triangle.


48 = 3a


a = 16 cm


Also, we know


Area of an equilateral triangle


Area of required triangle


= 64√3 cm2
