Let AL = x

Let the speed of plane be y m/s

Then the distance travelled by plane in 15 sec = BC = speed × time = 15y

BC = LM = 15y [1]

In ABL

x = 1500

AM = AL + LM = x + 15y = 1500 + 15y [from 1]

In ACM

100 + y = 300

y = 200 m/s
