On cross multiplication, we get
8(1 - 9y) = 5(19 - 3y)
-72y + 8 = 95 - 15y
On transposing - 15y to LHS and 8 to RHS
-72y + 15y = 95 - 8-57y = 87

On substituting
we get
We got LHS = RHS
