FOR 11,

As the perfect square closest to 11 are 32 = 9 and 42 = 16.
Also 3 and 4 are consecutive numbers so there are no perfect squares in between.
Hence 11 is not a perfect square.

FOR 12,

As the perfect square closest to 12 are 32 = 9 and 42 = 16.
Also 3 and 4 are consecutive numbers so there are no perfect squares in between.
Hence 12 is not a perfect square.

FOR 16,

As we know 42 = 16.
Hence 16 is a perfect square.

FOR 32,

As the perfect square closest to 32 are 52 = 25 and 62 = 36.
Also 5 and 6 are consecutive numbers so there are no perfect squares in between.
Hence 32 is not a perfect square.

FOR 36,

As we know 62 = 36.
Hence 36 is a perfect square.
