Suppose 6kg of salt contains crystals. How many crystals are there is (i) 7kg of salt (ii) 3.5 kg of salt?
Given: 6kg of salt contains = 6 × 107 crystals
1 kg of salt contain = 1 × 107 crystals
(i) To Find: Number of crystals in 7kg
7 kg of salt will contain = 7 × 107 crystals
(ii) To Find: Number of crystals in 3.5kg
3.5 kg of salt will contain = 3.5 × 107 crystals.
