Q. 21 D5.0( 1 Vote )

# Find the solution of the following simultaneous equations of graphical method:

2x + y – 3 = 0; 2x–3y–7 = 0

Answer :

2x + y - 3 = 0

⇒ y = 3 - 2x

Now we need to plot this equation on graph, for that we will take some points of x and put in the equation to obtain points of y.

2x - 3y - 7 = 0

⇒ 3y = 2x - 7

Now we need to plot this equation on graph, for that we will take some points of x and put in the equation to obtain points of y.

The point of intersection is (2, - 1)
