# Find the scalar components and magnitude of the vector joining the points P(x1, y1, z1) and Q(x2, y2, z2).

Given: points P(x1, y1, z1) and Q(x2, y2, z2) are given.

The vector obtained by joining the given points P and Q: = position vector of Q – position vector of P  Hence the scalar component of the vector obtained by joining the points are

[(x2-x1), (y2-y1), (z2-z1)]
