It is desired to

Answer :

(i) Concave mirror forms erect image when, the object is placed between pole and focus. Given the focal length of the mirror is 12cm. Hence, the object should be placed at a distance less than the focal length i.e. 12cm.

(ii) Here the image formed will be larger than the object as shown in the fig. below

(iii) When the object is at a distance of 24 cm which is the approx. position of center of curvature, then the same image forms without change in the position as shown in fig. below
