(b) X-rays with wavelengths ranging from 0.01 to 10 nanometers are produced by bombarding a metal target by high speed electrons.


(iv) When a capacitor is charged or discharged there is a flow of charges from the battery to the plates of the capacitor. This produces a conduction current in the circuit and which causes a momentary deflection in the galvanometer.
