Answer :

A) During nucleophilic addition reaction, if the leaving group is weak then reaction is more reactive and vice-versa. In Aldehydes the leaving group is -H and in ketone it will be -R(alkanes). Comparing them -H is more weak than -R in context leaving group. Hence, Aldehydes are more reactive than ketones.

B) Due to lack of -hyrogen, Benzaldehyde does not undergo an aldol condensation reaction.

C) The main reason is because AlCl3gets reacted to carboxylic acid of group in benzoic acid to form benzoyl chloride.
