Pressure Group refers to the concentration group that attempts to influence the government policy, for a specific objective. Political Party alludes to an organization of people that focuses on the achievement and retention of power through combined efforts.

The special difference between the pressure group and political party is that political party aims to achieve the power, but pressure groups only try to influence people and make them aware.
