The collector resistance of 2 KΩ

The base resistance is 1 KΩ

The current amplification factor = 100

Calculations: -

the ac collector current ic = 2.0/2000 = 1.0 mA.

Current amplification factor, β= Ic / Ib

The signal current through the base is given by,

iB = 1 × 10-5 A

The input signal voltage is calculated as,

VBE=Ib × Rb =1× 10-5 × 1000= 10-2V

The input signal current is 0.01 mA or 10 μA.
