French revolution began in 1789 and continued till the late 1790s. The French revolution greatly impacted the lives of the people of France which were as follows: -
• Initially, Books and all the written materials were printed and published after the approval of the king. After the abolition of the censorship and the declaration of the rights of man and citizens which declared freedom of speech and expression, books and pamphlets started circulating.
• Freedom of press led to the transfer of opinions and views between different parties.
• Plays, songs, dramas and festive occasions presented the ideas of liberty and justice which attracted a large number of population. The Books have already been published by the philosophers on such topics but it was an advantage only to the people who could read.
French revolution resulted in Napoleon Bonaparte becoming the Emperor of France.
