Since the circle is inscribed in a square of side 28 cm, this means that the diameter of the circle is equal to the side of square.

Diameter of circle, d = 28cm

⇒ Radius of circle, r = 14 cm

As we know that,

Area of a circle = π × r^{2}

⇒ Area of circle = 616 sq.cm

∴ The area of circle inscribed in the square is 616 sq.cm
