Answer :

Latika bought a teapot = ₹120 and a set of cups = ₹400

She sold teapot at a profit of 5%.

So, selling price of teapot =

=

= 6 + 120

= ₹ 126

Also, she sold cups at a loss of 5%

So, selling price of cups = 400 -

= ₹400 – 20

= ₹380

Then, the total amount received by her = ₹126 + ₹380 = ₹506

Hence, option (c) is correct.
