# Write the first three terms of the following sequences defined by:tn = 2n+5

Given: tn = 2n + 5

Taking n = 1, we get

t1 = 2(1) + 5 = 2 + 5 = 7

Taking n = 2, we get

t2 = 2(2) + 5 = 4 + 5 = 9

Taking n = 3, we get

t3 = 2(3) + 5 = 6 + 5 = 11

Hence, the first three terms are 7, 9 and 11.
