Given that, The mass of a proton =
Standard form =
= 1673 × 10-27 g
= 1.673 × 103 × 10-27
Using the law of exponent,
= 1.673 × 10-27 + 3
= 1.673 × 10-24 g
∴ The standard form is 1.673 × 10-24 g
