6x^{2} – 4xy + 5y^{2} from 8y^{2} + 6xy – 3x^{2}

Answer :

The subtraction is as follows:

We can also write 8y^{2} + 6xy – 3x^{2} as -3x^{2} + 6xy + 8y^{2}

Therefore,

The result is as follows: -9x^{2} + 10xy + 3y^{2}
