# Divide:

(i) 5m^{3} – 30m^{2} + 45m by 5m

(ii) 8x^{2}y^{2} – 6xy^{2} + 10x^{2}y^{3} by 2xy

(iii) 9x^{2}y – 6xy + 12xy^{2} by – 3xy

(iv) 12x^{4} + 8x^{3} – 6x^{2} by – 2x^{2}

Answer :

(i) By dividing 5m^{3} – 30m^{2} + 45m by 5m

We get;

= m^{2} – 6m + 9

(ii) By dividing 8x^{2}y^{2} – 6xy^{2} + 10x^{2}y^{3} by 2xy

We get;

= 4xy – 3y + 5xy^{2}

(iii) If we divide 9x^{2}y – 6xy + 12xy^{2} by – 3xy

We get;

= - 3x + 2 – 4y

(iv) If we divide 12x^{4} + 8x^{3} – 6x^{2} by – 2x^{2}

We get;

= - 6x^{2} – 4x + 3
