We know that , corresponding entries of equal matrices are equal.

= X+Y=4 ……(i)

= Y+6=9 ……(ii)

= Z+2=12 ……(iii)

On solving equation(i),(ii) and equation(iii) we get,

= Y=9-6

= Y=3

= Z=12-2

= Z=10

Put the value of Y in equation(i)…we get,

= X+3=4

= X=4-3

= X-1

Hence, X=1,Y=3 and Z=10
