Q. 94.7( 12 Votes )

Find the angle which is four times its complement.

Answer :

72°

Let the angle = X

Complement of X = 90° – X

According to question,

X = 4(90° – X)

X = 360° - 4X

X + 4X = 360°

5X = 360°

X = 72°

Therefore angle = 72°
