Find the value off the following:

cos (60° + θ) – sin (30° - θ)

Answer :

cos (60° + θ) – sin (30° - θ)

= sin {90°-(60°+θ)} – sin (30° - θ) [ cos θ = sin (90° - θ)]

= sin ( 90° - 60°-θ) – sin (30° - θ)

= sin (30° - θ) - sin (30° - θ)

= 0
