Answer :

We know that,

tan (60^{°}) = √3

Now putting the values;

Multiplying and dividing by the conjugate of (1+√3)

[∵(a)^{2} – (b)^{2} = (a+b)(a-b)]

Multiplying and dividing by (-2)

= 3 - √3
